Overall, we had a great stay at Grand Hyatt - it was relaxing, exactly what we needed. The room was big, the bathroom specifically was very nice with a fabulous shower and a lovely bath with provided bathrobes and slippers. We did not use the swimming pool as we stayed in January but I made good use of the spa and had amazing massages there! It was a perfect location for exploring the city - a literally 5 minute walk to Taksim square where you could get public transport to get you anywhere in the city. We only had breakfast on one of the days but it was good with wide selection of hot and clod dishes and drinks, pastries and the usual stuff. If I'm staying in Istanbul, I think I'll stay here again.

Location near taksim, istiklal, nishantashi, and stations near the water too (forget the name). All in walking distance if the weather is right. Superb location for solo traveler easy access to everything you need. Shopping food drink entertainment.... once you figure out where you want to go, you will realize how central you are. Room was spacious and quiet. Garden view. Outdoor pool spacious with plenty of sun and shade. Spa treatments were great. Breakfast diverse selection for everyone (including gluten free option) and a traditional baker live station yummmm and breakfast team were super! Attentive and professional (thank you to zemin!) If you don't know which direction to head out, ask the helpful valet staff, they can also call a taxi for you ( safer and more reliable than the notorious taxi cheaters of Istanbul)

Very friendly staff; most speak fluent English. Breakfast buffet was very nice but not extravagant like top-rated resorts. Very quiet since few families stay at the hotel. The room had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus.

Many things to mention but will write few over here. To start with, each and every staff we met or interacted with are very polite, eager to help, extending their help, they are kind and completely focused on customer service and their comfort. We were amazed by such fantastic people and service. Went around many countries and so far this was our best experience. Rooms are great, location is fantastic, definitely Worth staying in this property. Whenever we are traveling to this beautiful country, we will definitely stay in Grand Hyatt-Istanbul. Very pleasant stay, safe atmosphere and helpful staff. We made use of the pool, restaurant, bar and gym in our stay and all were excellent. We upgraded our room at check-in and I thoroughly recommend doing the same if you are presented the opportunity. Better views, breakfast included, private lift and complimentary drinks at certain times.

Perfect location, clean and spacious room, tasty breakfast (includes a selection of fresh fruits). Green and pretty large territory for a hotel is in the city center. Friendly personnel.

The room was spacious and clean! The hotel is located close to Taksim square and many great restaurants. It has a very nice pool/outdoor area and gym.

Friendly helpful staff, lovely pool and garden area, close to Taksim Square, good value for money considering its a 5 star hotel. The hotel arranged a lovely meal for 25 of us outside in the garden without any hassle.

We want to thank and stand out Sena's kind attention at Club Lounge. Always very cheerful, attentive and with a big smile, something that is appreciated when you are away from home. We see that she does her work with great joy and good disposition. We also want to highlight Melda (also Club Lounge) because from the first day she was very kind, with a great attitude and helping us with issues not related to the service (guiding us with questions about other topics) Congratulations to the hotel for having 2 nice people in their staff and thanks to Sena and Melda for making a difference in our stay at Gran Hyatt Instambul. Almost say thank to Basem at the front door for his kindness all the time!!!
